production capacity of 0.6 million km per annum, producing rods from 0.5mm to 5.0mm in a
range of coating options. This scale of production makes us a dependable FRP Rod wholesale

qualification-batch orders and full-scale recurring production contracts.
As a long-established fiber optic cable raw material supplier, we manufacture two primary
product types to match different cable design requirements:
- GRH (Uncoated FRP Rod): Used as a Central Strength Member or Peripheral Strength Member
in a wide range of fiber optic cable designs, providing the core tensile backbone of the cable.
- GRM (Coated FRP Rod): Manufactured where high-adhesion coating to the cable jacket
material is required. Coatings are applied by an extrusion process at controlled micron
thickness for consistent adhesion performance.
Both product types are available as high modulus GRP rod variants engineered for cable designs
demanding superior stiffness alongside tensile strength- making Polyrod a reliable source for
FRP rods for optical fiber cables and GRP rods for optical fiber cables across
