Our FRP Rod are produced from Quality Glass Fibre with an Epoxy Resin. It is used as a Central Strength member or used in Embedding during Fiber Optic Cable Manufacturing. EAA coated FRP provide stronger adhesion to cable jacketing material.

Water Blocking (FRP ROD)

Water Blocking FRP materials are used in order to immobilize the product and assure the right cushioning, covers all voids in the cable core at the block and prevents flow of water towards the joints. FRP is used for any type of cable specially designed against water ingress, offering protection beyond the water-resistant property of cable jacket.

Flat FRP

Flat FRP are manufactured to serve as dielectric armour in FOC intended for challenging environments. This are used for various cable types, including rodent resistant, direct burial, and bullet resistant aerial cables. Flat rods provide peripheral reinforcement in FOC application and can be embedded in the cable’s jacket longitudinally or helically stranded over the core depending on specific design and requirements of the cables.

GRM: Used for Application where in specific high adhesive coatings to jacket material is required. Coating is used for the same which applied in microns by Extrusion process.
